Who we are

What we collect and why

• –Project brief form: your name, email, what you write about your project, and any optional details you add (phone, company, budget, timeline) — to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract.
• –Free audit form: your name, work email, store URL and platform — to prepare and send your report and to follow up about it once. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by telling us.
• –Anti-abuse: both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to tell people from bots. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Who processes it for us

Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (bot protection). Each processes data on our instructions.

How long

Enquiries and audit requests are kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless we start working together.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). Contact us via the channels above to exercise them.
