Villa Ayana
A virtual walk-through of a beachfront villa in Greece — guests explore every studio and the gardens before they book.
Villa Ayana is a beachfront property in Vourvourou, Halkidiki — six studios, gardens, and direct access to the beach. Photos flatten places like this. Guests and buyers needed to feel the space — the light, the layout, the walk from the room down to the water — before ever getting on a plane.
We created a full VR presentation of the property: 189 interlinked 360° scenes covering every studio, every floor and the gardens, navigable room by room straight in the browser in three languages — with a VR-headset mode, an embedded location map and a direct hand-off to the booking site. Nothing to install; it opens from a link.
Anyone considering a stay can now walk the villa from anywhere in the world — pick a specific studio, look around it, step onto the veranda and down to the beach. The tour runs on phones, desktops and VR headsets, and leads to booking in one click.
